This rustic 12' x 16' cottage can sleep 5 people. The site is secluded and shaded among the pine trees and just a short walk from our restrooms/showers.

 

Provided in a one-bedroom cottage:

  • Small Kitchenette area with microwave, dorm refrigerator, coffeemaker

  • Bedroom with two bunk beds:
    one single bunk bed (single on top and bottom) and one double bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom).
    *Bedding not provided

  • A living area with a table, chairs, and a small TV with basic cable

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • Covered porch

  • Fire ring 

  • Concrete patio with Picnic table

Two-Bedroom Cottage

This rustic 16' x 16' cottage can sleep 8 people. This cottage is located on site #75 and is just a short walk from our restrooms/showers.

 

Provided in a two-bedroom cottage:

  • Small Kitchenette area with microwave, dorm refrigerator, coffeemaker

  • Two Bedrooms with a double bunk bed (double on top and on bottom).
    *Bedding not provided

  • A living area with a couch and TV with basic cable

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • Fire ring 

  • Concrete patio with Picnic table

Cottage Policies

Check In: 3pm     Check Out: 11am

  • Early Check-in Fees: 
    Cabins/Cottages: $25 Fee for Early Check-in's at     1 pm. Early check-ins are based on availability and very limited. Please call our office to inquire about early check ins. 

  • Late Check-out Fees: 
    Cabins/Cottages: $25 Fee for Late Check-out's after     11 am, and no later than 1 pm.  Late check-outs are based on availability and very limited. Please call our office to inquire about late check-outs. Sites that do not check out on time will be charged the late check-out fee of $25 plus tax. 

  • Rates based on one family (2 adults and up to 4 children under age 18).
    Extra fees apply for additional adults/children. Please see the rates page for information on additional fees. 

  • Each reservation includes 1 camping unit (RV/Tent/Cabin/Cottage), therefore adding an additional tent to your site requires an additional fee.

  • Pets are not allowed inside our cabins/cottages or on the grounds of cabins/cottages. $200 cleaning fee and immediate eviction apply. 

  • Tax not included. Please add 5.5% State and County Tax.

  • Starting October 1st, 2019, the city of Osseo has implemented a 5% Room Tax to be applied to all rental units. Starting January 1st, 2025, the City of Osseo increased the room tax 2% for a total of 7%. This tax must be paid by the guest. 

  • Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. (Memorial, 4th of July & Labor Day Weekends)- Weekend Rate charged for all holiday days. See the rates page for exact holiday dates. 

  • Visitor Pass Required. Visitors must stop at the office and get Visitor Pass

  • Discounts cannot be applied to rental units

  • Rates may be changed without notice

 

Check Out Procedures:

  • Replace any furnishing you may have moved back to their original positions

  • Wipe off all counters, table, microwave, etc.

  • Please turn off all lights and appliances (tv, coffee pot, air conditioning/heat unit, etc.)

  • Collect all trash and recyclables and dispose of it at the dumpster.

  • Close all windows and lock the doors on your way out.

  • Return your key and remote to the main office by 11am.
