Now that you know all about Stoney Creek and you are ready to start booking your group reservations, here's what you do next:
Making Group Reservations
Depending on the size of the group, you will want to book far in advance. We are always one season ahead for taking reservations. We open reservations for the following season on April 1st for groups and extended stays (5+ sites or 7+days). All general reservations open on April 20th. For example, on April 2019 we will open 2020 reservations. Group reservations can only be made via phone reservation not online.
How to book a group reservation:
Have your dates ready and an approximate idea of number and types of sites needed.
Call our office at 715-597-2102 and ask for Tia
We will create a block for your group and give you a deadline (length of block depends on time of year and number of sites usually 2-4 weeks is given). In that time frame, we will hold those sites under the group name and individual parties can call in and book their own site and pay their 50% deposit.
When the time frame is up, we will contact the wagon master (person in charge of group) to finalize the sites and confirm the details.
Overview of General Reservation Policies:
Friday & Saturday have to be booked together
There is generally no discount for groups, however we are a Good Sam park and members can receive a 10% discount on RV sites- when applicable.
50% deposit is required at time of reservation and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy states cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival. If received at least 14 days prior then customers are eligible for a refund to their original credit card minus a $25 bookkeeping fee or a camp voucher for the full amount. Less than 14 days notice results in no refund.
If you have any questions about rallies, family reunions, weddings, birthday parties or other group gatherings, please contact our General Manager, Tia, at
715-597-2102 or firstname.lastname@example.org
