Please Note:
- Holiday Rate Premium: $10.00 per day (Memorial, 4th of July & Labor Day Weekends).
- Rates based on one family (2 adults and up to 4 children under age 18).
- $3.00 extra per person for 3 or more adults per site.
- $3.00 extra per child for 5 or more per site.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-in before Noon is $5.00, if available (ask at Office).
- Check-out time is 2pm (11am for Cabins). Check-out after 3pm is $5.00, if available (ask at Office).
- Rates do not include 5.5% State and County Tax.
- Rates may be changed without notice.
- Visitors must stop at office and get Visitor Pass -- No exceptions. $3 per Person.
- Sewer elbows are now required at all full hook up sites.
Reservation and Deposit Policy - All sites and cabins
- Reservation Deposit: One Night Fee
- Group Reservations (2 or more): The person making the reservation is responsible for making ALL deposits - one night fee per site per reservation.
- Cabin Reservations: Deposit is one night fee, two-night minimum stay on weekends. No smoking or pets of any kind in the cabins -- NO exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you bring a pet, and no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy (all sites except Cabins):
- 8 or more days notice: $10 cancellation fee will be charged, with the balance of the deposit returned as a credit voucher.
- 7 or less days notice: Deposit is non-refundable and if the site cannot be re-rented, you are responsible for the weekend fee. Please, NO exceptions.
Cancellation Policy (Cabins Only):
- 31 or more days notice: $25 cancellation fee will be charged, with the balance of the deposit returned as a credit voucher.
- 30 or less days notice: Deposit is non-refundable and if the cabin cannot be re-rented, you are responsible for the entire weekend fee. Please, NO exceptions.
